Separation anxiety and fear-based behaviors
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)—sometimes lovingly referred to as “tapping”—is a gentle, non-invasive healing approach that helps animals release emotional distress, trauma, anxiety, and even physical discomfort. Based on the principles of acupressure and modern psychology, EFT works by tapping on specific energy meridian points while acknowledging emotions or imbalances that the animal may be experiencing.
This technique brings harmony to the animal’s energetic system, helping to restore a natural state of calm, balance, and emotional well-being.
Because animals are deeply intuitive and sensitive to energy, they often respond beautifully and quickly to EFT.
Just like humans, animals carry emotional energy—whether it’s fear from past experiences, grief from loss, or stress from environmental changes.
EFT can help with:
Separation anxiety and fear-based behaviors
Trauma from past abuse or neglect
Grief after losing a companion (animal or human)
Stress related to vet visits, travel, or loud noises
End-of-life transitions and comfort during passing
Unexplained emotional or behavioral shifts
During an EFT session, I work intuitively and energetically—often through surrogate tapping, where I tap on a stuffed animal (yes, a stuffed animal!) on behalf of your animal. This process can be done remotely, in-person, or even in combination with animal communication.
Throughout the session, I hold a compassionate and sacred space where your beloved companion feels seen, heard, and honored. I tune into what they’re feeling and gently guide them through the emotional release, allowing space for healing, trust, and relief.
